Returns and Refunds
On receipt of your goods:
Customers are required to check the goods thoroughly on receipt for Damaged, Faulty, Incorrect or Missing items, and must report any problem to Ebor Catering Supplies within 24 hours of receipt. This can be done by Telephone or e-mail and by quoting your order Number.
Ebor Catering Supplies will not be held responsible or liable for any issues reported after this time period. Any problems reported after this time period may still be considered, but they must be put in writing via email.
Cancellation, Returns and Refunds:
If you decide to return part or all of your order you have a 14 calendar day period from receiving goods to notify us of this return and then may return the goods within 30 days of the delivery date. Such notice may be given by emailing the address attached or by telephone, a Returns Reference Number will be issued. Goods for return must be in all the original packaging received from Ebor Catering Supplies. This will help prevent any damage to goods during transit. If exercising the right to cancel, the consumer bears any return costs. If the customer does not take reasonable care of the goods Ebor Catering Supplies may have a claim against the customer for breach of their duty that could reflect in the amount that is refunded. On receipt of your returned goods a refund for the goods will be made within 14 days.
If the goods are being returned because they are faulty or incorrectly sent by Ebor Catering Supplies, in this case, we will meet the cost of the return but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier and postal method. Ebor Catering Supplies will not be liable for any unauthorized returns or any unauthorized high cost method of return.
